This outfit is what I wore for our first night out in Amserdam. I'm not gonna lie I was tipsy taking these photos! Great location by the river at night, capturing the reflections of the street lights on the water! We stuck to the streets around Prins Hendrikkade which is the main street on the river where the Central Train Station, Main Bus Stops and a lot of the hotels are. We stayed in City Hotel which I would highly recommend for value for money (It only has 2 stars but definitly deserves more!) We went to a little pub on a corner of one of the windy little streets and made our way along to a nightclub. Great first night in the a City that never sleeps. More to come for the trip still :)

So It's been a while since my last post because I've been so busy with work and my trip to Amsterdam! Here's a photo of my traveling outfit from T1 in Dublin Airport. Leggings are pretty much an essential for plane journeys I reckon especially when your destination is bucketing rain out of the heavens. I brought along my leather jacket instead of my thick wool jacket because I thought I wouldn't need a big jacket.. Joke was on me :( Love my little cream cabin sized suitcase from Pennys though, a steal at €26, and I must say it was a perfect size for a weekend away in Europe! Much more outfit posts to come from my tip as well as a summary of what's good to do and see in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I shall leave you with this photo for the time being...

Threw this outfit on for my day off. I went around town for a look in the shops in Galway for my trip to Amsterdam on Thursday, I can't wait! I've heard so many good things about this city, its culture, style and of course, the night life :) I acquired a really cute cream quilted cabin-sized suitcase for the trip (Ryanair job, ye know how it is). I spent all day in work yesterday making lists of what to bring and I finally packed last. night. Believe me when I say it's so hard to know what to being for a short break away!! anyways hope I made the right choices, ye can decide when ye see my upcoming posts from the trip.
