 So it's finally here, my first fashion post live from Long Beach, Long Island, NY! First day here and it's absolutely beautiful. This outfit was thrown together for comfort as Me and Fe went to explore long Beach City... cloudy but very warm I ended up getting scalded by the sun, will I ever learn? My urban outfitter bag is a gem, it's my everyday bag, my beach bag and my carry on bag for plane journey everyone should have one! we stopped off at Tutti Frutti on Beech street for some frozen yogurt (yummm) and the photo I took reminded me of my outfit! Feel free to give me any tips on my blogging skills, I'm still a newbie :O

 End of Year Exhibition "Weave come sew far"

So I'm finally finished my degree in Textiles in Art and Design in GMIT and my class and I had our End of Year Exhibition "Weave come sew far" last week. Here's a summary of my project from my research right through to my final pieces. All the prints feature my own paint work which I scanned onto Photoshop and the rest is history. I got my fabric printed on www.Spoonflower.com and I couldn't be happier with the results! It's bittersweet to finally be finished college, happy to say goodbye deadlines but very sad to say goodbye to the amazing friends I've made over the years! The next stage of my life begins next week when I move to Long Island, NY for the summer and with that will be the start of the transformation of my blog into a fashion & photography blog. Very exciting times ahead  <3

I Wish It Was Summer...

I took these photos this time last year on a digital camera. It was one of those long sunny evenings and just at dusk the sun lit the whole place up in an orange glow and I had to get photos! There's a bit of a glare off the camera lens but I still love the the way it captures the sunlight on the grass. That's my little darling sheepdog Aughi in the third photo, it looks like he's floating on the mountains, good for him.. Can't wait until I'm in Long Island, NY for the summer to get some cool photographs out there, hopefully I'l get my hands on a digital SLR <3
